Our poll results show that 80% voted in favour of the breeder/seller being responsible for register and transfer, 18% voted that the purchaser should take care of that and 3% voted not to bother with registrations or transfers.
We have answered some of the posts within the specific post, so as to make a little more sense... or easier reading.

Please feel free to post any discussion points you like about the breed, training, DNA testing, shoeing, showing, development, etc. This forum is not intended for airing of personal grievances, nor to dwell on the past. It is all about betterment of the American Saddlebred breed in Australia, by invoking frank discussion between breeders, owners, and other interested parties. If we feel the content of your post is not appropriate nor conducive to this aim, we reserve the right not to verify it for inclusion and will respond directly to the author offline.
